This piece was created with events from 2020 and 2021 in mind such as the pro-Trump overtaking of the capitol, families reclaiming homes in El Sereno-Los Angeles, the many waves of COVID-19 infections and deaths, and the Minneapolis PD 3rd precinct HQ building being burnt down, and the economic hardships felt by many. Despite how things may seem bleak and hopeless, there's still possibilities for the victories which unite us and help us secure a path for creating a better future.
